Mady's 1st Boo-boo

This week has been very busy. On Monday I had to take Johnathan and Madelyn to get their final synagis shots for the season because they were supposed to get them last Friday but there was an unexpected preemie that came in so there weren't enough shots Friday. Tuesday I had to take Johnathan to the BHC (Brighton Health Center) for (hopefully!) his final harness adjustment. On my way to come get him I got a call from my Mom that our little Madelyn was rolling during naps again, got her foot caught in the slats of the crib and was frustrated and thrashed her head against the slats! This picture was after I got back home and the swelling had gone down A LOT. It was scary at first but thinking about it, it's kind of nice to now be worrying about "normal" things like bumps and bruises!

Mady is really enjoying her new discovery, she rolls all the time and pretty much always sleeps on her tummy. Annabel rolled again today all on her own from tummy to back - it is so rewarding to see her do these things! The babies have also been doing a lot of discovering and talking to each other. Here are Johnathan and Mady "talking". They have also been doing a lot of playing with toys, even scooting or rolling to them!

The babies are now in highchairs for feeding time and they're now getting oatmeal with prunes mixed in. Annabel is not so sure of this but Johnathan and Mady seem to like it. Next we will be trying green beans - yummy! We also started using sippy cups on Tuesday and so far they're doing pretty well with them, even drinking some of the water! What really got me is that Annabel is doing well holding the cup which is so great! Tomorrow Johnathan and Mady get their helmets, I am actually relieved Mady is now with how she's been thrashing around in her crib!

Many of you know that we bought a 5th wheel last spring, right after we found out we were pregnant but before we knew it was triplets (happens to be our's has 3 bunks!). So we are bound and determined that we're going to use it this year. We have 3 vacations planned so far and are planning to add at least 1 more. One of our vacations is with Mady's Godparents so Kristin came over Tuesday night to plan the trip and got to see Mady. We are looking forward to a fun summer!
