Funny Faces

Johnathan's first couple of nights having to wear the harness have not gone well at all. He wakes up and gets really frustrated that he's constrained and then cries, and cries, and cries. Needless to say B.J. and I have been VERY tired - especially since when he does this he then wakes his sisters too!

I have to say though, for as fussy as he can be about it he has also been very happy at times lately, smiling and jabbering a lot and he's been enjoying having his hearing aids in too! Friday he had a follow-up fitting and assessment for the hearing aids and his assessment went very well, he responded perfectly to all the sound tests so that was very encouraging!

Some milestones for the girls this week is that Annabel started rolling on 1/23, Mady giggled on 1/25, and Annabel giggled today, 1/26. Annabel now weighs 9lbs 1oz, Mady weighs 7 lbs 5 1/2 ozs, and Johnathan weighs 8lbs 13ozs but that is now with the harness.

We were very happy to see that Mady gained weight tonight since she has been struggling with her feeds lately. Today was much better so hopefully she'll be back on track soon. Early On is having an occupational therapist come soon to work with her regarding her feeding - apparently there are a lot of tips we can use if need be to help her.
